Dear Helen,
Perhaps she’ll meet my little one on the way back down. Sally should’ve listened. Good one.
You appear to be linked. π
Shalom,
Rochelle
Thank you π
Helen such intrigue and mystery and naughty girl. Well done.
Thanks π
Will there be follow up? Lol I hate mystery endings π
Great build-up of tension as the elevator rose up the floors
Thanks, I’m glad that came across π
Oh dear! She won’t do that again! π¦
This was great, loved the use of the rhyme. Very clever!
Helen, I love the way you used the rhyme and the way you inserted it into the story with the music. Clever! Your story is terrible in such a gently-written way.

Thank you, just trying to experiment a bit π
I find the combination of children, nursery rhymes and horror particularly disturbing, and your story certainly made me shiver. Well done.
Thanks π
love the presentation and the use of the rhyme. that was very eerie! *shivers*
I haven’t got your dark talents, but I’m enjoying experimenting π
Wow fantastic use of cultural tropes!
Well written story with suspense and mystery. Good touch at the end.
Poor little girl. Great use of the rhyme. I thought the line “Oh..” worked well.
Oh my, Helen. I was afraid this was going to end badly. Is the flour his signature? That would be creepy. I like the way you tied in the song to the floors. That made it extra eerie. Great story.
Eeek. I’m not so sure I want to pop down to the baker’s this morning now….
Yes Helen, this is great – good story! Thanks, Nan π
Surreal, scary fun, darling!
Ah.. nothing is more scary than the mixture between death and nursery rhyme.
Oh no..not the Baker Man!!!
