So many things,
Left unseen on the way,
A whisper,
A breath,
A scent where we lay,
So many chances,
We lost yesterday,
A touch,
A taste,
The words we can’t say,
So many dreams,
We still hold at bay,
A want,
A need,
A yearning to play.

So many things,
Put off till tomorrow,
Leave regret,
And remorse,
For time we can’t borrow.
Awe that’s sad! Did you finish your rain poems?
I’m not sure, I’m wanting to put together an anthology of poems so trying a few different themes to build up my quantities, hopefully that will also help with the quality, lol 🙂
